A Mazda 3 sedan has a separate trunk, while the hatchback’s rear glass is part of the lifting hatch. Choose your actual body style rather than the one with the broader year range. Front windshield, sunroof and roof glass, tools and installation are excluded from this kit. Front windshield coverage for this model needs a separate check.

Listed side-and-rear film options are 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 50% and 70% VLT, subject to current availability. Choose the front-side shade and the rear-side/rear-glass shade separately. Lower VLT means darker film; actual appearance depends on your existing glass.

Prepare for installation

Pre-cut film still needs careful glass cleaning, positioning and finishing. Curved glass may require heat shrinking; pre-cut does not mean pre-shrunk. Check the pieces against your glass and contact us about a mismatch before removing the backing or applying the film.

Questions before ordering

Is a later Mazda 3 hatchback covered because the sedan is listed?

No. The sedan’s range does not extend hatchback coverage. Hatchbacks outside 2004–2009 and sedans outside 2004–2020 need a fitment check before payment.

Can the front and rear film shades differ?

Yes. Enter the shades in front / rear order: for example, 35 / 20 means 35% on the front side windows and 20% on the rear side windows and rear glass. Review both choices and your vehicle details before adding the kit to your cart.
