Pre-Cut Tint Kit Fitment Checklist

A model name alone is not a complete tint pattern. Use this checklist before ordering and again when your unused kit arrives.

This checklist records fitment and preparation details. It does not confirm that a vehicle pattern is available or replace the instructions for your exact film and vehicle.

To save editable vehicle and shade notes, open the worksheet and choose File → Make a copy in your Google account.

1. Record the exact vehicle

• Year, make, model and trim are recorded.
• Body or cab style and door count are recorded (for example, sedan vs coupe or SuperCrew vs SuperCab).
• Any replacement, modified or unusual glass is identified.

2. Map the glass and coverage

• Rear glass is identified as fixed or sliding; quarter panes and vent panes are recorded.
• Roof glass, sun strips and the full front windshield are treated as separate coverage.
• Windshield cameras, sensors and mirror-area cutouts are recorded if requesting a windshield pattern.

3. Choose each shade

• Existing applied film and factory privacy glass are identified separately.
• Starting front and rear VLT readings are recorded where available; film data basis is checked.
• Each window group is checked against the current official requirements that apply to this vehicle.

4. Plan installation

• Film-specific instructions, required tools and a clean workspace are ready; included tools are checked.
• Curved glass, automatic window movement, rear heater lines and antenna traces are considered.
• A suitable installer is arranged if the glass or film requires skills beyond the planned DIY work.

5. Inspect before use

• Each unused piece is matched to the window while the liners remain on.
• Labels, packaging, glass-layout notes and photos are retained.
• Incorrect items, missing pieces, shipping damage or visible defects are reported BEFORE liner removal, cutting, heat shrinking or installation.
