Window Tint FAQ

A few details now can prevent the wrong kit later.

What does the main kit cover?

The sides-and-rear kit covers the confirmed side-window and rear-glass pieces for your vehicle. The front windshield is an optional add-on with a separate shade selection. Windshield strips, sunroofs and panoramic roofs are excluded unless expressly listed.

Does pre-cut mean ready to stick on?

No. Pieces follow a vehicle pattern, but installation requires cleaning, preparation and careful application. Curved glass may require heat shrinking. Read our installation planning guide before ordering.

How do I choose the right fit?

Provide the year, make, model and exact body or cab style. Different body styles can use different glass. For a windshield add-on, camera and sensor cutouts must also be checked. We check pattern availability before fulfillment. If your pattern is unavailable, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item. Availability is not guaranteed for every vehicle.

Can I choose different shades?

Choose a front-side shade, a separate rear-side and rear-windshield shade, and an independent shade for the optional front windshield. Film VLT is not the final combined transmission of your glass and film. Check applicable requirements before ordering.

What if my vehicle is not shown on the homepage?

The model shortcuts are starting points. Use the main kit form to enter your own year, make, model and body or cab style. If your vehicle details do not fit the form, contact us with the vehicle and windows needed. An inquiry does not place an order or confirm pattern availability.

Is this ceramic film?

Our basic kit uses pigmented film, not ceramic. Review the selected product description for its film type and included items.

Are tools included?

Installation tools and installation service are not included with the basic kit or windshield add-on.

Will everything arrive together?

The windshield add-on may ship separately from the sides-and-rear kit. Review the delivery information for your order.

What if my kit is incorrect, damaged or defective?

Report incorrect items, shipping damage or visible defects BEFORE use, liner removal, cutting, heat shrinking or installation. Keep the packaging and labels, leave the film on its liner and take clear photos. Installation damage is not a product defect. This does not limit rights for latent defects or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Can I return an unused kit?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in their original condition, with film liners attached and supplied pieces included. Contact us first with your order number. Once authorized, we will send the correct return address and instructions for the original warehouse that supplied your order. Addresses may vary by item or order; do not send anything to a shipping-label address without our instructions. See our return and refund policy for shipping costs, eligibility and refund timing.

Can I replace one piece?

Individual pieces may be available. Contact us with the affected window, vehicle, original film type and shade so availability and pricing can be checked.
