Ford Edge glass details to check

The listed Edge coverage is for the SUV body in the table. Describe the small fixed side panes as well as the door windows and rear hatch glass. Existing dark rear glass changes how an added film shade appears; inspect it before specifying front and rear shades.

What the kit covers

The side-and-rear package covers the front and rear side windows, applicable quarter windows and rear glass for the confirmed configuration. Check the pieces against your vehicle while the backing liners are intact.

Front windshield, roof glass, sun strips, tools and installation service are outside this package. A windshield option needs its own availability check; the side-and-rear table does not confirm windshield fitment.

Choose front and rear film shades

Listed side-and-rear options are 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 50% and 70% VLT, subject to availability. Enter two shades in front / rear order. For example, 35 / 20 means 35% film on the front side windows and 20% on the rear side windows and rear glass.

Lower VLT means darker film. Existing tinted glass affects the finished appearance and light transmission. Compare shades and coverage options and check the requirements for your vehicle and location before ordering.

Prepare for a DIY installation

Pre-cut film still needs glass preparation, careful positioning and installation finishing. Curved glass may require heat shaping. Inspect the kit on its liner and report a mismatch, damage or visible defect before peeling, cutting, shrinking or applying film.

What if my Edge year or body style is not listed?

Send the exact year, make, full model name, body style and glass details through our contact page. Do not change the vehicle description to fit a listed range. Ask about pattern availability before payment.

Can I order the front windshield with this kit?

The table covers side and rear windows only. Request a separate windshield check with the vehicle year and details of the mirror, camera and sensor area. Roof glass is not added by choosing a windshield option.

Ford Edge glass checks before installation

One SUV body entry does not mean one glass pattern

The current Edge entry lists SUV coverage from 2015 through 2022. Enter the actual year, make, model and body style in the vehicle-description field, or provide your VIN. A 2014 or 2023 Edge is outside this entry; request a fitment check before ordering rather than entering a different year.

Front doors and rear glass need separate planning

Make a window inventory before opening the kit: front door glass, rear side glass and rear glass in the supplied diagram. Record existing dark glass or applied film separately. The Edge listing is for sides and rear; a panoramic roof is not part of that coverage.

Does this establish Sport or ST compatibility?

Enter the full trim name and exact year for the pattern check. The catalog entry does not independently verify every trim, replacement windshield or modified glass configuration.
