  1. Resolve the cab and bed first

    Compare the side-panel diagram with the doors, rear cab section and bed on your own truck. Ask MotorPeak to resolve ambiguous SR wording before purchase. A front section fitting does not prove the rear half of a full kit will fit.

  2. Check for existing protective patches

    Inspect the truck in good light and tell the installer about old film, repairs and decals. Have old material assessed before deciding how the new pattern should sit; layering over an unknown patch is not a substitute for a preparation plan.

  3. Map wheel-arch and tailgate details

    List aftermarket flares, mud flaps, steps and tailgate changes. Compare the supplied pieces to those obstructions before starting. For trail use, discuss what is actually protected and which panels or edges remain exposed.
