Confirm GT coupe, the listed year range, original versus aftermarket hood and bumper, spoiler and any stripes. Identify repairs or existing film. Ask about each supplied piece around vents and trim before liner removal.

Compare the actual kit diagram with your vehicle while the film remains on its backing. Coverage and seams follow the supplied pattern; full vehicle does not automatically mean every trim surface, no seams or wrapped edges.

1. Start with the hood drawing

   Compare vent and edge locations against your hood. Arrange a helper for positioning and agree how the pattern will finish around those features. If the hood has been replaced, resolve its compatibility before ordering.

2. Check the front and rear equipment

   Match bumper openings and any spoiler-related sections with the actual car. List aftermarket splitters or body parts. Keep the installation plan limited to pieces that clearly correspond to the supplied diagram.

3. Decide how to handle stripes

   Tell the installer whether stripes or decals should remain. Ask for a material-compatibility and edge plan before film touches them. Record the existing finish; do not promise that covering a decal will make its edge disappear.
