For the Silverado, confirming RST or LTZ is only the first check. Cab, bed and bumper configuration matter to a full-vehicle pattern. Those details need to be resolved before ordering or peeling any film.

Check this before you peel the liner
Send your year, RST/LTZ trim, cab style, bed length, bumper finish and photos to MotorPeak. The public listing does not establish every cab/bed combination. Do not substitute a Sierra, HD, Trail Boss or ZR2 configuration.
Compare the actual kit diagram with your vehicle while the film remains on its backing. Coverage and seams follow the supplied pattern; full vehicle does not automatically mean every trim surface, no seams or wrapped edges.

Start with our preparation and application workflow, then use these checkpoints for your vehicle. These are planning checks, not a tested set of anchor points for this kit.

Build a truck configuration sheet
Write the cab and bed details next to the order confirmation and compare door and bedside pieces against the kit diagram. Two trucks can share a trim name while presenting different side-panel lengths. Resolve that before starting the front.

Separate bumper finish from painted panels
Have the installer identify the substrate of each intended area, especially where RST/LTZ equipment differs. A film piece shaped for an opening is not a reason to cover textured plastic or an unconfirmed chrome surface.

Plan bedside and tailgate sections
Locate wheel-arch, fuel-door, handle and tailgate hardware boundaries on the diagram. Agree whether existing badges remain. Check that the pattern matches those choices before fitting the side pieces; do not remove badges simply to force a mismatch.

Watch the PPF installation demonstration on YouTube. This is third-party general technique using 3M film, not a demonstration of your exact vehicle or the RAVOOY kit. Follow your supplied film instructions for fluids, temperature, stretching and cure time.
A useful lesson from owner discussions
The precut-gap discussion shows why edge wrapping must be agreed in advance. A deliberately designed clearance can differ from a lifted edge; ask the installer to show which boundaries the actual pattern is designed to use. Read the discussion. No. The listing establishes the trim/year family, but the exact truck configuration must be checked with the pattern before purchase.
If a piece does not look right
Pause before cutting, stretching further or removing more backing. Send MotorPeak Supply your order number, kit label, exact vehicle details and photos showing the whole panel and the mismatch. Keep unused film and packaging. Review the return policy before altering a kit.
